Caviar House & Prunier is a luxury brand that specialises in high-end seafood and caviar.
It was formed by the union of two iconic brands: Caviar House, founded in 1950 by George Rebeiz, and Prunier, a French caviar producer established in 1872 by Alfred Prunier.
The company is known for its sustainable farming of caviar, offering varieties such as Beluga, Osciètre, and Sevruga.
With a strong presence in upscale retail locations, Caviar House & Prunier operates flagship restaurants and luxury bars, including those in Piccadilly, Selfridges, and international airports. Their focus is on delivering premium seafood dishes alongside caviar, champagne, and gourmet cocktails.

What is your favourite neighbourhood in London?
Mayfair has a special charm that I absolutely adore. The luxury boutiques, fine dining restaurants, and regal architecture make it a true gem in the heart of the city. And, of course, it’s where Caviar House is located.
Where is your favourite place for brunch in London?
Seasons Kitchen in Windlesham is my go-to spot for a delicious and relaxing brunch. The cozy atmosphere and fresh, seasonal dishes never disappoint.
What is the best coffee you’ve had in London?
Without a doubt, The Gentleman’s Barista serves up the most fantastic coffee in London. Their attention to detail sets the bar high and perfect brews always start my day off right.
Do you have a favourite gallery or museum in London?
The National History Museum is a place I could spend hours exploring. The exhibits and displays are both fascinating and educational and the building itself is a mastermind in architecture. It’s a reverie of enlightenment and awe.
Tell us a secret about yourself?
Well, I must confess – behind this debonair facade lies a secret admiration for the legendary enchantress, Jessica Rabbit. Her allure is a timeless ode to glamour and mystique.
Where is your favourite place to shop in London?
Hugo Boss is my abode for refining my sartorial elegance with sophisticated pieces. The epitome of style and quality of their clothing never disappoint.
Where do you find your inspiration?
Green Park is somewhere I go to clear my mind and find inspiration. The peaceful surroundings and nature help me focus and come up with new ideas.
What is the best London destination for a date?
For a memorable date night, look no further than Amazonica London on Berkeley Square in Mayfair. The ambiance, food, and cocktails make it the perfect spot for a special evening.
What is your favourite park in London?
Saville Garden in Virginia Water, Surrey, is a stunning park that never fails to impress. The tranquil setting and beautiful flora make it a peaceful retreat from the city bustle.
Where is your favourite food market in London?
The Churchyard in Piccadilly is where I love to explore and discover unique and delicious treats. The variety of vendors and fresh produce always make for a delightful visit and I love to support independent brands.
What is your sanctuary in the city?
The Emirates Football Stadium holds a special place in my heart. The energy and passion of the fans create an electrifying atmosphere that I find invigorating. A sanctuary of exaltation.
What inspires you in your role at Caviar House?
All things food and drink inspire me every day. The creativity, craftsmanship, and joy that come with exploring different culinary experiences drive me to excel in my role, making it a journey of epicurean exploration.
What are you loving this season?
This season, I’m absolutely loving a gin, oyster luge with Prunier Caviar. The combination of flavours and textures creates a luxurious and unforgettable tasting experience.
