Adidas Originals and Vintage Threads have joined forces to offer a fantastic retro shopping experience at adidas’ flagship store in London. They’ve recreated a vintage adidas sports store, whisking customers back to the 1980s and 1990s. This collaborative pop-up celebrates the unique retro sportswear range of adidas originals.
The Vintage Threads x adidas pop-up store presents a vintage collection spanning the 1970s to the early 2000s. It prominently showcases iconic adidas originals styles while adding a vintage twist to some of adidas’ latest collections. The pop-up experience is situated on the ground floor of adidas’ flagship store on Oxford Street, welcoming all adidas and vintage enthusiasts and offering rare archive pieces.

Running until 18th October, the pop-up also introduces a distinctive VT Rework collection. This collection breathes new life into damaged and discarded adidas pieces that would have otherwise ended up in landfills. From vests made from damaged adidas shoes to suits crafted from old track tops and furniture crafted from scraps, this collection exemplifies sustainable fashion. It encourages customers and creatives to explore innovative solutions for the fashion industry’s landfill crisis.
As part of this collaboration, Vintage Threads, with a flagship store on Neal Street in Seven Dials, will host styling workshops. These workshops demonstrate how customers can seamlessly blend vintage pieces with classic styles, integrating the best of adidas originals’ recent collections.
